"This is a decent store. The staff keep it in mint condition! Nothing out of place ever. They're also polite and professional. Other reviews comment on the staff's knowledge... I can't speak for all but there is at least one who could benefit from more product training. Speaking of products, this location does not stock as many product lines and options as the stores in other states. I'm also disappointed to see how many of their product lines (excluding color) are also on the Target and Walmart shelves. Also, if you have low porosity hair, be VERY careful what you buy at Sally's. 99% of what is sold at Sally's is geared for medium - high porosity hair. Staff not trained in porosity. Sally's doesn't even warn you that their own porosity equalizer is for high porosity hair and will greatly work against low porosity hair."

"I am a freaquent customer at the Venice Sally's Beauty supply and have always had a great encounter with the people that work there. Stacy the "Manger" who must be new was really rude. I go there and buy tanner and have bought two that did not work correctly because the tops were broken in which I had to return them. So when I go, I ask if they can spray it really quick to test the top and have NEVER had an issue until Stacy the "Manager"."

"This is the best store with the best employee and I’m sorry I didn’t get her name! I called in a panic because my daughter had lice. She got everything together for me had it at the counter waiting so all I had to do is run in and pay. She also told me if I needed anything else just to give her a call and she did not make me feel odd about treating lice. She told me it was going around and that a lot of people were having issues."

"Bri and Jessica are amazing! I got here right as they were closing and I had a really bad wax problem…they let me in and helped me. I couldn’t find anything that worked to get this wax residue off my skin. They found what I needed and told me to call them if I have any questions or if it doesn’t work. Normally stores lock the door and don’t help you when they close in a minute. They were kind enough to open the door and help me in my time of need. Lol thank you Bri and Jessica! You guys are the best!"
