"I've never taken the time to write a review for any company but for this Limo company I am making the time! I used J.L. Jones' Limo service for my wedding so I could ride with my bridesmaids from Palmetto, to Safety Harbor for photos, and finally to my venue in Clearwater. Orginally, I had hired a different limo company whom I came to find out had me down for the WRONG date when I called them the day before my wedding to make sure the details they had were correct. I broke down and cried before calling 10+ limo company's to check if they would have something available for the next day. I was so blessed to have stumbled upon J.L. Jones whom greeted me warmly and professionally and took the time to re-assure me they had years of experience and would take good care of me. They waived the one hour of drive time from their location in Clearwater to Palmetto for me. A couple hours later Ron called me to introduce himself as my driver and expressed his excitement for my big day and to be a part of it, he also said he had checked out the park I would be taking my photos at online and said my photos would come out beautiful, talk about great customer service!! The day of, Ron arrived early and patiently waited on us girls to be ready for about 40 minutes. The Limo was clean and beautiful. He held the door for us each time we got out for photos and waited patiently outside of the limo until we were ready to get back in. He was such a professional and I feel so lucky and so blessed have found them, they really came to my rescue and I am so thankful. They are such professionals, they were so personable and so kind. My bridesmaids were very impressed and also commented on the professionalism and loved the driver as much as I did. I would recommend this company to anyone!!!"
