Jay made it a priority to go above and beyond to make sure I didn’t go home empty handed that day. He had contacted a closer store for me that had the product I needed and had it delivered to this store. When the product arrived Jay had the decency to take the time out of his day to call me to let me know that my product had arrived and was ready for pickup in the timeframe he had promised that day.
