"Went there yesterday , Danielle brushed me off when asked a question then proceeded to watch me throughout the whole store ... I asked for help again and was looked at like I had three heads. Bought 150.00 dollars of product and was going to buy a bunch more but kept getting watched and offered no help . Absolutely love Sally's except for the woman working there yesterday help was needed they kept up conversation with themselves and just kept watching me so this made me very uncomfortable I've never been treated like this here I will be going to there other location because the employee were very careless also when j asked Danielle a question about what kind of developer to use with a dye she told me yes that's fine and thank God I went back and listened to my gut and spoke to Bianca !!! She saved my hair !!! Thankyou Bianca you are the reason I will continue to shop there!"

"The two workers were very friendly and excessively talkative - but only with each other. I asked for help with an item and was basically fluffed off. Other customers were treated the same. I did buy a few items, but with assistance, would have bought twice as much. I was asked if I had a discount card, but was not given an opportunity to get one when I replied no. I know a great deal about one worker's new dog and ruined red shoe, and also way too much info about the other worker's banking problems. But not because they were talking to me. And certainly not because they were helping me shop."
