"After shopping for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee at other dealerships and feeling "dirty" when we left because of how they choose to do business, we decided to visit Fitzgerald's and it was the best decision that we made. We could have saved us so much time and aggravation by going there first. Our salesman Daniel was fantastic and all of the managers were very approachable and very above board. "I drive a 2022 Dodge Challenger and brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation. After they were finished my car had greasy hand prints ALL OVER the hood/front of car and all over the drivers side door (not just the handle). There is also a new scratch mark on the hood that I’m hoping can be buffed out. The people were nice and the work was done that I went in for. But that’s where the good work ended. No care was taken when handling the outside part of my car. I feel like care should be taken when working on nicer vehicles."

"I bought a 2012 Town&Country from Fitzgerald in 2012. Since that date the auto has been serviced at Fitzgerald. The service department is excellent. When I bring the car for service I receive a complete report on all aspects of the service. On 3 different occasions I brought the car in because of an emergency. The service department had no .problem dealing with the emergency. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. Furthermore the cost of service is very much acceptable. I have no reservation in recommending Fitzgerald as an excellent business for buying and having the car serviced."
