I was told buy a store employee they do not have to help if it's raining outside company policy, someone really needs to rethink customer service, will not be back sad."

"Beware advertised hours do not match store hours. Made an online order only to find out the store closes at 6pm not 9pm. Had to travel to back home to re-order online for discounts and travel back to another store. Called the next morning to cancel order and spoke with manager. I voiced my disappointment and was told this was not the first time and the district manager was made aware and has failed to correct the advertised hours. He receives many complaints about this inconvenience. Hopefully this review makes it to the right person."
