"This is an exceptional store. They go above and beyond to service people. I was en route to the highway and realized I had a flat tire, it was quite severe so I turned into Autozone. First of all, I'm so grateful that they are open late! I asked them for help and even though they do not offer that service, Bryan, was gracious enough to help me change my flat to the spare. Then my spare was flat! But not to worry, Bryan came to the rescue again and had a portable inflator so he was able to inflate my tire. So amazing! He didn't have to do any of this, yet he did! I had to wait until the next day to get my tire fixed because no other auto store was open. But Bryan took such great care of me that I was safely able to take my car in to replace the flat tire."

"Came here after valvoline told me my battery “needed to be replaced asap!” keep in mind this battery isn’t even a year old. Got it tested at Autozone and was told the battery was completely fine. Really appreciate that they were honest with me! Will definitely come back!"

"On the morning of July 15th around 8 AM I went here so I could use their OBD2 scanner; I literally asked for it by name, because my Maintenance Required light came on and I wanted to know what needed to be taken care of. I can't remember the name of the employee, but he seemed to be a Hispanic man of middle age. Upon seeing me, he then decided I didn't know the difference between the Check Engine light and the Maintenance Required light, and started pointing to the Check Engine light on the wall and asked if that was what was lighting up. We went back and forth about it so many times he genuinely made me wonder if the lights were interchangeable. He then had me go outside with him to my car, turn it on, and when the Maintenance Required light came on he proceeded to "explain" the difference between the Check Engine and the Maintenance Required light to me even though I already understood that, and then he went back inside without even bothering to use the device on my car like I had requested. I was so flabbergasted by the behavior that I just left. Thank you so much to this employee for motivating my to buy my own scanner. It's interactions like these that motivated me to start learning to do simple maintenance on my car over a year ago. Haven't needed anyone else for an oil and filter change since."

"Knowledgeable staff and will help install batteries. I don't think they do batteries for cars where it's hard to reach the battery, such as Cadillac or Mercedes."
