"Hi for the second time in 1 year they try to damage my truck 2016 sierra ,they put only 2 quarts in place of 8 but the charge full price we drove 1000 miles before the light came on last year the burn my engine of my Silverado but I didn’t persuade them but this time I will take it to the media because this is ridiculous how you forget that"

"Service here is unprofessional. I had called to make an appointment to get a passenger handle replaced, told them it might need to get painted. Went to an appointment for them just to order the parts and had to tell then again I would like for it to get painted. They didn’t have the price ready and made me bounced around services and parts department just to get the price. Got a call to set up the installation and told that lady is it painted. Was told there was no notes on this and that she’ll call be back before the appointment about if it was painted if not she’ll reschedule. Came to my appointment today to find out the handle wasn’t even painted. I wouldn’t want to come back to this dealership ever again. Looking forward to get services done at a different location"

"I was completely satisfied with my car buying experience from this dealership everyone I had to interact was good to great especially the sales person Anthony is great! But service was something else every service associate need some training on soft skills and customer satisfaction. I would suggest the GM to talk to the service manager on this issue. I would have given lower rating but for the free water wash without me asking! They are good guys need some coaching to get better."
