"At this location you have a man called Peter that has exceeded my expectations on customer service. I am a DIY fella with an issue with my ride. I went online an ordered a water pump for my vehicle that stated it would be available for pick up. Once the transaction was complete, the notification explained that my order would be in by Monday, I immediately called the store, and spoke with Peter. Peter was able to get the part retrieved from another location and get it back to his location and time for me to take care of my vehicle and get her up and running before Monday.
