"Arrived at 7:30 which is when they open.Checked door and they were locked Me and another customer became a bit irate when it became 15 min+ and store is still not open. At least communicate with us what is happening if systems or maybe even short staffed. Poor communication. I understand things happen but don’t give leniency with subpar communication"
