"“You get what you pay for”. I’m not sure how competitive the prices are, but it seems to be worth it. I’ve never seen such good communication every step of the way. First, they are kind and responsive. The text or call options, links they send of each recommendation with both a photo of your personal cars parts along with a video that explains what the part does, how it can get the way it has, and why it’s important. Alongside this is the severity of your part, and if the recommendation is based on damage or only the mileage of your vehicle. A photo of your service techs even provided. Then a detailed list of pricing for each recommendation and the ability to approve or decline. Both Colonial and Oviedo locations are highly recommended by myself/friends!"

They were professional, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and they also have a shuttle to take you home when your care is being worked on or to pick you up when they’ve completed the work. I have a 2019 F250 with slightly oversized tires, went to 2 different places (been going there for 15 years) for an alignment, truck sat all day before they called to let me know they could not do it. Called Christian Bros and I explained the issue, nice guy on the phone listened and told me no prob, set an appmt for 2days out. Truck now drives better than it ever has.
