"Finally a lash tech who provides quality service and a great bedside manner. I've tried other techs and either they never respect your time or your lashes don't last. Yolanda is always on time and my lashes last up to 3 weeks sometimes before I even need a fill. She is super sweet and very professional. Bookings can be easily made through her booking site which I appreciate because I am always on go and never have time to call to schedule anything. I highly recommend her. I wouldn't go to anyone else except Yolanda!"

"Bought a Groupon for one classic set of lash extentions, and could never reach anyone there to schedule despite calling many, many times. Finally was able to schedule when they added scheduling directions to their voicemail message, with the earliest appointment being a few weeks out. I took the appointment but by the time that came around my groupon had expired and I was texted the same day of my appointnent and told I'd have to buy a new Groupon, which cost $50. Not happy with the frustration, waste of money and runaround - the business would still get paid the same amount whether or not the groupon is one week expired so I don't understand why that could not have been accommodated. .I was really looking forward to my appointment as I see it's a generally well rated establishment but I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism shown to me."
