"Our experience at Hot Tip Nails was unfortunately VERY disappointing. One their pricing is ridiculous, I'm willing to pay for quality, but the prices at Hot Tip Nails are excessive. What really made my visit unpleasant, however, was the owner's behavior. I observed him being quite harsh with his staff, correcting them in front of customers, which made everyone uncomfortable. More so, when I questioned the prices, his responses were far from professional. He raised his voice and was quite confrontational, which is not something you'd expect in a service-oriented business. Regarding the actual nail service, it was just average. Considering the high prices, I was expecting something exceptional, but it was no different from what I've experienced at more affordable salons. Overall, my visit to Hot Tip Nails left a lot to be desired. The combination of ridiculous prices and the owner's rude behavior towards both staff and customers I would NEVER recommend this salon. There are plenty of other places where you can get great nail service with a much friendlier atmosphere and reasonable prices."

"New intown and was driving in the area, I saw Hot Tips Nails and turned around. I stopped in and asked how much a regular pedicure but now I wish I would have just gone to the nail salon by my house. The young lady tech did not cut my cuticles to my liking so I told her not be afraid to clean my cuticles up and she made some excuse about not wanting to make me bleed. No, I could not accept her moving on to the next step. I am a former nail tech so I know how this goes. She didn't smooth out my feet or scrub down my bunions. I was very disappointed with her work but she did redo the cuticle clip and callous scrub. I ask for the manager and he came over and quickly gave me attitude but I didn't give him what he game me. This was around closing time and before my pedicure was done the manager asked me if I was paying cash or credit? I said credit and he took my card, it was approved and my pedicure was finished. I do like how the young lady painted my toes. The manager came over to me as I was still getting my painting done and told me that the young lady has never received any complaints and this and that, then he handed me some Healing Therapy Collagen Massage Lotion and a way of apologizing for the poor service I received and I thought that it was thoughtful of him and then I thought about how this young lady just let the lotion sit on my legs all caked up but none the less, at least he showed some kind of way of making it better so I appreciated it but my advice to you sir: Listen to your customers because without us, there is no YOU."
