"I had a part fall off my engine recently, I had no idea what fell off, but without it, my engine was spraying oil everywhere. I came in with photos of my engine, and the staff was amazing. they googled and made phone calls to mechanics and really went above a beyond to identify the missing part. turns out it was a camshaft oil seal. I will be bringing all my auto part needs here for now on. really great A customer service at this location. did not catch the names of the two guys working, but it was 7/15/2023 around 6pm."

"I stopped at this O’Reilly Auto Parts store on Saturday night less than 15 minutes before the store closed looking for something to cover a scratch on my car from earlier that day. The employees in the store really took time and care at a late hour, when they could have been in the mentality of closing the shop and getting out of there. The store did not have quite the right products to help me cover/protect/seal the part of the car that was scratched, and the employee was very apologetic for this, but still provided me lots of attention and offered the next best available options. I bought some clear “repair” tape to at least cover the scratched area and went on my way. You could tell these guys cared about cars and cared about pleasing their customers. I would highly recommend this store."
