"they had a chance to scam me due to my paranoid feeling about my car, but they did their job for a really nice price and made me calm about my transmission condition. recommend this place :)"
"Ian is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He helped me and showed compassion while dealing with me. Thank you for being honest, Ian. I look forward to doing business with you in the future."
"Ean and all the guys that worked on our Durango’s transfer case and oil leak issues did a wonderful job. They were honest and had excellent communication for the entire time our car was there. 10/10 experience."
"I really wanted to like this place Ean is very nice but I’m not happy with my experience. I was sent here by my previous mechanic that usually works on my vehicles. I brought in my 2016 Escalade and it ended up need a transmission replacement.. 2 weeks later the car just started falling apart smh the trunk stopped working then a week after that the car stopped working entirely. Wouldn’t crank or anything. Had it towed back to atlas & was told it needed a new battery and some fuse replacement to get the car running and fix the trunk. When I got the car back, it cranked and ran but I realized the trunk was in fact not fixed when I got home. It was a Friday night so I called on Monday and was told something must of happened between the time I picked it up to then (not true cause it was broken the EXACT way it was when I dropped it off) I was told to bring it back but the following day the vehicle wouldn’t crank AGAIN so this time I took it to a certified Cadillac dealer and turns out all my motor mounts were cracked, the motor was pretty much hanging out, the negative to my battery that had supposedly been replaced was not stopping current so the battery wasn’t staying charged, amongst sooooo many other things they didn’t bother to check for. My car was bone dry of fluids and would’ve overheated any moment. The oil needed changed when I dropped it off but I still got it back needing an oil change.. I’m just really disappointed at the lack of care taken.. anything could’ve happened to me or my kids driving on the highway in that vehicle and all it took was the mechanics actually diagnosing the issues and paying attention. Now I had to pay another $1700 for work that should’ve been repaired correctly the first time smh"
"Terrible experience. Took them almost 2 months to rebuild my transmission, even after estimating it would be less than a week. They would never call and advise me of updates or delays regarding the repair. Nor return phone calls after stating they would. Everytime I called them they would require a few more days to get a certain part, or that they had ran into some new issue and more time was required. I began to doubt their abilities as a repair shop and more so as a trustworthy business very quickly. I thoroughly advised Atlas prior to delivery of my transmission that parts for my 84 Nissan Fs5w71b transmission might be hard to come by, yet they reassured me it would not be an issue. I removed my transmission from my vehicle and delivered it to them to perform a bench job rebuild. Which should have made the process that much easier. They even called me mid "rebuild" asking if I knew where to get parts for my transmission despite their earlier reassurance of parts being readily available. When it came time to pick it up, they tried to cheat me out of our previously agreed upon warranty. Which was a substandard 6 months and tried to lower it to 60 days. After getting the front desk man to agree to 6 months, he printed out the service contract for me to sign and stated the 6 months warranty was listed in the document. Which was not the case, and I had to have him retype up a new contract. Dishonest and bad service. As of now the rebuilt transmission is functioning, some noise in 5th gear however."
