"i really do not recommend this place at all. they charge upwards to $100 dollars JUST for an engine diagnostic, NOTHING ELSE. and changed my oil filter without my consent charging me another 30 dollars. save your money and go somewhere else. they also talked about my car in front of me like it was seconds away from breaking down when i know that my car is in fantastic condition. just weird vibes all around. wasted $160 dollars to be told nothing. go somewhere else, seriously."

"Paul and Rodney need a RAISE!!! I called to come in after I got a flat. One of the spikes I have on my tire caps broke… that was my first mistake… My second mistake was hitting a curb. I made an appointment over the phone and was able to come in the NEXT day!! Rodney was able to assess my tire and was very honest and kind when he explained what had to be done. My friend suggested an oil change, which I had been putting off for a month or 2 lol. Rodney was able to look into which oil would be the best affordable option. He was very assuring and nice! When I was called to pick up my car, that was done in an hour mind u! Paul who is the manager( I think?) was the one to check me out and he gave me the best deal imaginable! I applied for the Firestone credit card and I paid a FRACTION of what I thought I would!! These 2 people turned a bad situation into a pleasant experience. I hope nothing but the best for them and this particular Fire stone. Like THIS SPECIFIC Firestone is absolutely amazing. I hope they everything that they ask for, it’s!!! what!!! they!!!deserve!!! If you ever end up coming into this Firestone PLEASE tell them that I am in love with them."

"This Firestone location has been my go-to for car repairs for more than 30 years. My wife and I trust the staff to care for our car maintenance. On my recent visit, they took care of the oil leaks and tire wobble on my Grandson's car. Paul took great car of us by getting us in for an appointment the same day."

"Came there a week ago with tire getting flat. They did some repair, but I still had the same leaking (once in 2 days I had to inflate it). When I came there second time, the store manage me Trevor started demonstrating unprofessional and rude behavior, saying that I need an appointment and they are very busy. On my questions he was saying “we are not on the same page; I have so many cars in line; leave the car and I don’t know when you get it back”. Finally, he kind of took pity on me and took it for inspection, where it turned out that during the previous repair they had not noticed another place of air leakage, which once again speaks of their professionalism. Of course, they said that they didn’t notice it, and that I received another damage to the tire over the past 2 days since their last “repair”. What a coincidence. I had to stand next to the car, because with such emotional behavior from the location manager, I doubted the safety of my car. But anyway, this shop has a good location and good equipment. Communication with their hotline didn’t give any feedback yet - they need need 2 days to think about it. The only thing they proposed - to put me on the line with Mr Tvevor the store manager. Perhaps, they have too many customers, more than they able to serve. Please, try to do not disturb them if you have a chance."
