"I'm so pissed with these people. I have been a loyal customer for a while now. One of my fave wigs is the Swiss lace wig in the wet and wavy style. I have purchased several so I know exactly what they should look like. I bought one today in a slightly different color and it was straight garbage. Tracks showing and everything. Looks like something a ten year old put together. I call and speak to one of the owners (the wife) and she told me it was supposed to be thin. I told her this wig is garbage and not supposed to look like this. She basically told me too bad. They just lost a customer. I used to drive 30+ minutes to go to that store. Never again. I am beyond pissed !!!!!!!!!!"
