"This past weekend, the sunroof on my Jeep Renegade decided it wasn't going to close. We stopped at Advance Auto Parts hoping for a solution that would keep us from having to take the car in to the dealership. Miguel and Joshua took the time to listen to the problem, offered suggestions, and then looked at the car in an attempt to figure out what was wrong. One can of lubricant later and they were able to close the sunroof. I can't begin to express what a relief this was and how pleased we were with the exceptional customer service we received. They both went above and beyond what I ever expected and I'm extremely grateful for their help."

"I needed 5 lug nuts for my maxima. $45 he charged. Unreal but I needed them now. This store only exists to overcharge when you need something immediately. I fixed my tire then went online at Walmart and ordered 5 more for other tire plus an air filter and windshield wipers all for less than what advance auto charges Why overcharge s retail customer, because he sensitive needed it but now you lost s customer for life."
