"Truly amazing service, once again! Johnny was very professional and friendly on the phone. He had me come right in and had my vehicle fixed in minutes! The heat shield over my exhaust had come loose and was making an awful rattling noise. I mentioned to him I would like it reattached. He was honest and did not try to sell me an unnecessarily expensive repair (like a new heat shield) instead of the reattachment repair I asked for. I am very grateful for this economical service and I did not mention to Johnny exactly why - that my job requires that I sometimes have passengers in my vehicle and I could not do that with the loud rattling.
