"This is the worst, worst, worst, worst Sally's store that I have ever been in. I went in there today at around 10:45 am to purchase hair products. When I ask for two different products that I have always purchased from Sally's, the lady with the horrible blonde hair and personality said that Sallys doesn't have those products. I went to look around and discovered both products. I pointed out the products to her and she said we just started carrying those products this week Now I know she lying because I have been there before and purchased these two products that I have been using at Sally's for more than a year. The only difference is that products has been moved around. I left the location and went to another Sally'sto purchased my products in Davenport. It was worth the drive. This Sally's location is an embarrassment to the brand."

"I've been going to this store for 12 years and always are received with a welcome and a smile. The store always clean and organized. The ladies working there are very knowlegeable and if I ask something they give good reccomendations. Sometimes there is a lady that seems serious but I just go in and out. I always find my hair dye tone."

"There is no reason to be rude to a customer who intends to return a product that is final sale. A simple explanation with no attitude would suffice every time."

"When I tell you these woman have the nastiest attitudes I promise you I’m telling the truth! This will be my last visit at this location, I will take the drive to Kissimmee where I know I will be treated right and helped correctly. You don’t agree with what they have to say, they stop helping you. I’ve never been to a location 1,2,3 times where their attitudes remain the same. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but no more money will be spent at this location. The only exception was the girl with beautiful brown/ black curls, she was and has always been the most help. My 6 year old was with me and had to use the bathroom to the point it was an emergency and unlike other stores that would’ve made an exception, their response was “dollar tree” with their NASTY ATTITUDE! I’m sure if they had to use he bathroom badly they’d want someone to make an exception for them. But for them to deny a 6 year old and not be understanding does not sit well with me either. Corporate needs to do a surprise visit or send a secret shopper to see why all their reviews are almost the same. Sidebar- the only reason why they got one star is because I have to choose one to post a review. If I could I leave negative stars I would."
