"Complete waste of time!!! Booked an appointment, arrived on time and was seated in the waiting room. Sat for 45 minutes past my appointment time without anyone speaking to me. At the 45 min mark I was told the room was being turned over and I was next. 50 minute mark i was brought back, we talked about the facial that I had requested. She apologized for my wait and said she could offer me a 15% discount. When I asked if we were going to do it now she said she didn’t have time, because she had a meeting coming up….. ?!? Why in the world would you keep someone waiting for an hour only to bring them back and tell them YOU don’t have time? At what point would it have been a good idea to come say that a prior appointment was running over and we would need to reschedule? And what would ever make anyone think that I’d be back to use the “discount” and waste more of my life here? Entitled & inconsiderate. They clearly don’t care about you or your time, go literally anywhere else."

"Impolite and rude nurse practitioner Katie LaTaille. She was impatient and unhelpful, and made me feel very uncomfortable in her care. Incredibly unwelcoming is an understatement. An unacceptable level of unprofessional behavior for such an environment. Couldn’t even get thru the consult. Taking my business elsewhere."
