"I have a couple of complaints The reception people have a lot of attitude. None will welcome you. They only talk to you nicely until you pay for the membership. I was late to my appointment by 7 minutes and they said I crossed the 5 minutes mark and can’t provide services the same day. It’s not like I live across them and can come whenever. Definitely not renewing my membership."

They always make me feel special and greet me with a smile. I love Maddy T, Maddie M, Michaela, Ashley, Victoria and Liz. They have the best staff ever!! I highly recommend everyone to come in and relax and relish in all of their amazing self care options from facials to fractional lasers. And I love that they have a TV in every room so you can relax. Also the members lounge has great massage chairs to unwind in. Oh and they also sell super premium pharmaceutical skin care products…. Try to catch one of their fun special events they have each month with free giveaways."
