"Unfortunately, this purchase of our 2022 Tucson turned out to be the worst experience ever! After the sale, it took 2¹/² weeks to get our car back from a scratch repair, which was an awful attempt at repair. Color & texture were nowhere close to the original finish. When we brought it back for the 2nd attempt, we were told we couldn't get a loaner as our insurance didn't allow rental. Which was totally incorrect as we have full coverage, including rental, and we also had one of their loaners the 2¹/² weeks they did the first repair. They initially tried to treat me like I was clueless until they realized I as well have been in the auto industry for over 20 years. Also, we were told we had 4 No cost oil changes as the vehicle was previously a Dealer demo with only 7k miles. I made sure to cal and verify this prior to setting the svc appt and was told at the Appt. The cost was on us! The story was now that Hyundai Corp sees the dealer as original owner, and free svc was NOT transferable. Upon speaking to TONY, the SVC Mgr, there was no agreeable outcome, and honestly, these people are just not in the customer care business but the "get the sale business " there are more gripes I could post but whats the use. Do what we ended up doing and SHOULD have done at purchase and go TO KEY HYUNDAI on Southside blvd. What a totally different experience! Zac in svc was awesome and even gave us a generous discount after hearing all the BS JENKINS HYUNDAI has put forth. I am not one to bash on social media. But JENKINS HYUNDAI really is a circus. Each call got us a new & different story. It became laughable to us how they even have a dealership. I spoke with other customers in the svc dept on this visit and a previous visit and learned I wasn't alone. Be ready if you don't stand for being lied to they attempt to be rude and combative. They may not miss losing one customer. But I won't miss the BS there either."
