"Today I came in looking for a valve stem for a garden tractor. When I walked in the (I think) Manager was blessing out the other employee, and that continued for most of the time I was in the store. Unprofessional. I could not find the valve stem size in the shelves, and asked the Manager if one of the ones in stock would work in lieu of the part number I had. He said he didn't know, and when I asked if he could look it up he said no. All he had to do is get out his phone or look in the computer for a quick hole diameter search, but his only suggestion was for me to buy the one in stock and see if it fit. I don't know what the Manager was blessing out employee for, but if it was poor customer service he's no shining star himself. Went to NAPA, and they didn't have it in stock but would have it shipped in a couple of hours. What a difference."
