"Giving 3 stars until I see the vehicle that's been with them since May, it's October when I wrote this. We were told the process we understood the process and when told the vehicle was a week away, we called back, needed another week, then it was it needed to be painted, then it was it was still missing a part, then it was it needed a tire, and this whole time while I'm deployed my wife asks if I can speak with them and they confirmed it needed a tire but we would be able to pick up that day. When my wife called to setup the pickup time they thought we had the vehicle. I will not recommend this location to anybody and that's without seeing what the vehicle looks like. Paid over 2 grand in car payments on a car l can't even drive let alone see"

"Don't go here to get estimates on anything on your car if your insurance selected shop estimated your car as a total loss this guys WON'T EVEN LOOK AT YOUR CAR even though it cam be fixed even though prices might be less. They won't mess with the incurance."
