"Everyone is very nice. But I felt pressured to quickly sign up for. Services without discussing what I wanted or needed. I Have facial hair and the salesperson looked at me in a dimly lit room and said I had hair on my upper neck. I don’t. I have it on my chin, upper lip and cheeks. So now after having my first treatment I’m worried that having paid almost two thousand dollars I will have to pay more money to have my cheeks lasered. But I will ask and see what happens."

"Wow, my experience at ideal image. It’s so beautiful., I am so happy with my outcome. My APRN, Mika was very sweet, and very skillful in every aspect....from wrinkles, to lips, she is wonderful! She will even give breaks when needed!! Lol! The lips are 'spicey" she says! Lol! I highly recommend Ideal Image in Lakeland Town Center!"

"This location is disappointing. I had 4 areas treated at another location prior to moving here, years later I moved toward Lakeland and had a little hair growth in those areas. It’s now been a year of getting their “discounted lifetime guarantee” and I’ve spent $1000 to get retreated and that little bit of hair is still there… I’ve given up, I’m just wasting money at this point. The staff is constantly changing, sometimes I get a lady who actually tries, other times I get someone whose text book and only does a quick line of zaps on one setting in which several days after the hair is still there. I’m paying extra every single time I go in to get this done. I didn’t realize I needed over 10 more treatments to get the hair that was already zapped off years ago re done. I understand hair can regrow as hormones change but 10+ more treatments… come on.. I think the company overall can provide a good service just not at this location."
