"Needed my two front tires replaced - one blew out on the highway so I was driving on a spare and the other was sooooo bald it looked ready to go at any second. I called around to probably 7 or 8 different places and they either didn't have the tires I wanted or couldn't fit me in same day. Came across Pep Boys' website and they had the availability to fit me in same day. The service was amazing. I was worried about coming in so late in the day, but the staff was incredibly kind and professional. They were so quick at installing my tires and getting me back on the road. The mechanic even gave my car a free inspection and gave me some tips on ways to maintain it and what I could look into replacing for my own saftety. 20/10 experience."

"Amazing service. I dropped my vehicle earlier than my appointment time and headed to work. They do things electronically so I could see every step they were on. Very knowledgeable and gave me options/recommendations on future services with pricing (which was very reasonable). I will definitely be taking my car back to them."

"I took my car for a sound that barely sounded from time to time as I turned to the left on a wide turn. The sound was like a bump. The shock absorbers also sometimes sounded when I passed over a bump or hole on the street, but it was different sound of the one, I want to be checked for your mechanics. Yesterday as soon as I got in the car everything absolutely everything was making noises underneath of the car, as if all the mechanical parts were loose, as if something had been put in the car that didn't even belong to it. It's been my car since I bought it in 2016. I know it very well. What sounds and what doesn't. And how it sounds. Do you know how I felt, and I feel about the work he did?? Like when someone goes to the hospital to have their appendix removed and comes out of the hospital with their legs cut off. I knew perfectly well that the car barely has a noise. Now the car sounds like a very old car losing everything. I didn't want to take it to the dealer to avoid a bigger bill, I didn't want to take it to any shop to avoid just what your mechanic just did and what has happened??? Maximum disappointment with my choice... Your mechanic ruined my car and my days."

"THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I had an appointment at 8:30 yesterday morning. I arrived about 15 minutes before my scheduled service appointment. I was scheduled for two different services. A guy finally arrived to open the store at 9:10am. Just a reminder store scheduled to open at 8am. I proceeded to fall into the line in front of the register. I informed the guy I had an 8:30 appointment. He looks me up in the system. I explained to him that my daughter has a performance at 12pm. Do you have estimated time services will start? I only can receive one service at this point. I just needed two tires replaced. He told me that it will be a while because of the people ahead of me. I stated that I am your second appointment. All these people can't possibly have appointments before me. The store opens at 8am. He was nonchalant and gave off an attitude as if I inconvenience him. I was rescheduled for another day and no services was provided to me for waiting on someone for almost an hour and a half. DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED! WAS I BEING TREATED THIS WAY BECAUSE OF MY SKIN COLOR! I WAS THE ONLY AFRICAN AMERICAN IN THIS LINE! Note:No urgency! Tech were on phones when I was leaving. No cars were back when I was leaving at 9:40am. I will never come here again."

"10 stars for Diego who had my car up on the lift in 5 min for a quick oil change. He told about the online coupon to save me money. It’s my first time here and won’t be my last and I recommend this shop to everyone in the Baymeadows/Jax area."
