There were a couple of mixups but Andrew took care of it properly. A lot of their products are priced very well and the rewards system is a game changer. "I wrote a 1 star review about a week ago and decided to change it. Not because I changed my mind about how I felt about the service, but because Advanced Auto responded to the review and I felt that I might not have been fair. I had a battery that was deemed a specialty and the employee was not allowed to install it. I replaced it myself in the parking lot. I am in no way a professional but really wasn't that difficult. Customer service wasn't great for a bunch of other reasons but it's about the same attitudes you get from every other establishment nowadays. Guess I just need to lower my standards."
