"Had a good experience and the massage was great. Masseuse always checked in about pressure and asked if he needed to apply less. Only reason it's not 5 star is some of the massage is done over a sheet which makes it kinda uncomfortable and pain as the sheet rubs. Other than that, it was great."

"My fiance and I got massages through Groupon. First, the Groupon says it was discounted from $312 to $63. Obviously a gimmick to make it look like you are getting an amazing deal. The massage business told Groupon their package is worth $312 and that they would discount it to $63 so they could get more sales for their groupon. We thought we'd still give them a shot even with the shady business practice. We shouldn't have. It was worth maybe $40. Second, my fiance's experience was vastly different than my own. She didn't get nearly the amount of work done as I did. No feet, very tough pressure, etc. her experience was 2/10. Third, the room was extremely cold. While not a deal breaker it certainly ruins the immersion. Fourth, we kept being interrupted. Either my masseuse would leave the room or another staff member would come in and have a conversation with my masseuse. Completely ruins it. Fifth, even though I knew I would never be back I still left a tip. After I gave it to the woman my fiance met me in the lobby. As we are walking out, the guy at the front desk asks me if I left a tip. I told him I did. Then he asked my fiance if she left a tip. It was extremely unprofessional. All in all, I will never be back and I would recommend anyone else to frequent another massage business."

"I recently visited Body and Mind Rejuvenation for a massage, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The masseuse applied too much pressure despite my request to tone it down, neglected my feet entirely and spent the majority of the session massaging over a sheet. Constant interruptions from people entering the room disrupted the session. The thin walls allowed every sound to be heard which also made it difficult to relax. The overall cold temperature in the building and rooms further diminished the enjoyment. Feeling manhandled and cheated, my fiancé took care of the bill and tip, but we were then chased down for an additional tip, leading to an uncomfortable situation."

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! The guy at the front desk was overly obsessed with my daughter to the point of wanting to be the one to massage her. When I told him she wanted a female he threw a fit and was super ruff with me . He spent 90% of my massage with a sheet over my body no oil no massage just pushing hard. He never massaged my feet and He left my door open while I was undressed on the table the whole time. When we went to leave after paying we were chased down and told we had to tip ! Don’t go here they are horrible!"
