"We purchased half of our home furnishings from this store and half from another furniture store. Everything we purchased from here has broken, fallen apart, or worn out in the 4 years (literally JUST turned 4 years) we have had it. The pieces we got from the other company are doing exceptionally well. We got warranties on everything, however the 2 times I tried to use the warranty was a nightmare."

"I ordered a dining room table set from them over a year ago. I got the chairs pretty quickly, but have had one of their non matching loaners as my table for a year. They refuse to give me my money back, and to just take back the loaner. Why am I having to ask for updates? I don’t get a call or any answers even when I do go in. I try to shop local, but small business is not always good business I guess. I just want a refund not store credit."

"Non existent customer service. There were NO other customers in the store and yet TWO employees sat behind the desk and never acknowledged us at all! We just moved to Amelia Island and have a whole house to furnish… guess we will go shop elsewhere, because clearly you don’t want our business!"

"I had avoided this store in the past due to the poor reviews regarding Speed Queen appliances I was interested in. Eventually I found out it really wasn’t their fault, but Covid supply issues and bigger stores getting priority shipments. I decided to go in to check them out and found out they no longer deal in Speed Queen as a result. I ended up buying a nice stool from the friendly lady there. No issues."
