"I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Guess on my Tesla on multiple occasions. She is delightful to associate with, which is great considering that the circumstances that lead you to the body shop can be rather upsetting/unfortunate. Tesla logistics need to improve—through no fault of the shop I did have to wait rather absurd amounts of time on parts to be received. Jennifer was there every step of the way. She coordinated with myself, the insurance company, Tesla parts, and her technicians skillfully towards the eventual full repair of my Tesla Model Y. The paint match is great and the car is like new. I do hope that I can avoid further damages to my Model Y, however, in the event I need body work again, San Jose Collision is certainly on my short list!"

"They completed the work quickly, but upon inspection, I found several issues. The trim and seal weren't properly reattached and areas where they plug in had paint scratched with screwdriver or something, few of the attachment plugs were broken off too, the mirror was loose and making noise while driving, and the repaired area had bubbles with trapped dust. I fixed the trim and seal and mirror issue myself, had to take apart trim to get to it to tighten. When I raised these concerns, they suggested buffing out the issues for dirt bumps, but you cant buff out the dirt stuck against the metal and painted over you need to redo it to make it go away. Another thing formed few days later one big 2 inch horizontal hole on my door where the work was performed, its sticking out like a bump too, and water gets in nd rust can form. Due to my work schedule, it's challenging to revisit."
