"My car wouldn't start while there in Jacksonville for my OBGYN appointments that day as a 29-week pregnant woman. After determining that I needed a new battery and taking an Uber to Autozone, Steve at the store saw I was really in need of someone who could lift the heavy old battery out and install the new one. He offered to drive me back to my car after his shift ended and help me with the battery install so I could return to Tampa, Fl safely, where I have recently moved. It meant so much to me that I had help with that task and could get back home to Tampa. Steve had a jolly, cheerful attitude and was resourceful, smart, and well-versed in the necessary auto-mechanic needs I had. I am so grateful for his help."
