She even booked my place in line at the DMV while I waited for a receipt. Everyone in the office was also great. So sorry forgot her name, she knows who she was. "First off , my vehicle was towed even though the tow order was canceled. When I was told by the police that Universal towed it, I called and asked and they said they had no record of my vehicle being there. I had to call back multiple times to get them to acknowledge it was there. THEN when I went to pick it up they STILL had no idea where it was. It didn't help that the front desk person was, frankly, surly and adversarial. All in all, would NOT recommend."
