"Every time I have brought my car to this location, I’ve always been pleased and consistently met with courteous staff and friendly service. Steve is a wonderful manager and has always gone above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He is knowledgeable with delivering quality information, so I understood the work that was being done, and even went further to explain prior work that had been done on my car in the past. He is a stand up guy. I saw him working with the other staff members and not just staying behind the desk as you might expect senior staff to do. He delivers on performance and professionalism. I had a negative experience at a different location with a simple light replacement, and rather than using that as an opportunity for personal gain, Steve looked up the service in question, and provided an overview which changed my perspective a bit. Had that been the case at the previous location with a bit more explanation, I may not have left feeling as though I was misled. Steve and his staff seem to display a genuine level of integrity and pride in the work they do. I fully appreciated the effort that he provided and James, who rang me up and checked me out, was very friendly and enthusiastic . The overall energy at this location will keep me coming back."

"Change my tires here. Today I called to see if they could help me with a nail that was lodged in my tire. The guy on the phone short of saying no said, we are busy right now maybe in couple of hours. The tone was so off putting and you could clearly tell that me asking what would be a better time bothered him. Then he responded 3pm is better still in a non welcoming tone. I went elsewhere and will for my tires next time also."
