"Was not a 1st come, 1st served service!! Would highly recommend them to set appointments for customers, instead of having a vehicle, wait for an entire week just to get an estimate printed out, on it!! Very pricy, so if you like to spend $$$, they are your guys!!! Bad customer service to responding back for updates, despite how busy you main office is inside, a call back is appreciated during work hours of a customer as well. Took it to another mechanic, job was done in 1 day, that was more than less of the total labor they wanted to charge even after the wait!! My experience wasn't pleasant and is a choice for anyone to do business, how they operate."

"The entire process of having my truck transmission repaired went exceptionally smooth. Carmen went above and beyond with her patience of a saint, dealing with my warranty company, and all of their extras that they wanted. The head mechanic even took a ride with me in the truck to be able to diagnose what I was experiencing. Even after my warranty company tried to drop me at the last minute Carmen gave me options that were available to me in the end, the warranty company covered everything now the truck runs better than ever with the new transmission and they even modified the transmission to match my 7 inch lift and huge tires. "After having my transmission rebuilt and paying $5,000, I was given an 18 month/18,000 mile warranty. However, when I took it back to them because it still wasn’t running right, they refused to honor the warranty. One of the exact codes that had been addressed the first time, was continuing to pop up. They said that because the first time, they guessed as to one of the possible causes and was able to reset the car so the code no longer showed up. Since it showed up a second time, then it must not have been what they previously fixed and charged me for and now wanted another $184 to diagnose to see what else it could be. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no one was available. After persisting to speak to someone other than the rude lady at the desk, she walked around the corner and proceeded to have a loud conversation with whom I assumed was a manager. Instead of just coming out and addressing me, they decided to hide in the office and had no interest in speaking to me; extremely poor customer service. Just be aware that they do not honor a warranty and will charge you over and over for the same problem when they don’t fix it the first time. I will take my business elsewhere."
