Take 5 Oil Change

"Was there over an hour for a basic oil change. Five guys working and most standing around.... only 3 cars were needing service. Guy that was "in charge" ... Joseph i believe...was unfriendly, talked so fast we couldn't understand what he was saying, then was saying something to the technician that he obviously didn't want us to hear, etc. Very poor experience. Have gone here for about 3 years but the last 2 visits have shown poor overall service."

Everything they checked was in good shape and they acknowledged this and did not try pushing any unnecessary services on me unlike just about any other shop.
