"I had an 8:00 am Tuesday appointment for AC work on my truck. I dropped the truck off on Monday evening at 5:00. On Thursday afternoon, three days into them having my truck, I called for an update and they had not even looked at the truck. I ended up picking it up that afternoon. So my truck sat in their parking lot for three days for nothing, and that was with an appointment. My advice, either tell customers up front that it may take a few days or don't give appointments which infer that your vehicle will be checked in a timely manner. I won't make this mistake again. The folks, Mark, was friendly, but that didn't help my situation."
