"Friendly, but some of the employees weren’t very respectful of my time. Guy at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. I don’t think the team works together very cohesively, as I sat there for an additional 30 or so minutes because they didn’t let the front desk guy know that they were waiting for him to inspect my brake job before they put the tires back on."

All of the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. A good place to have your brakes or rotors done. They also honor military discounts."

"I wrote a review on brakes 4 less. But I had such a great experience today, I thought I'd write another. I had the wonderful experience of meeting Dave today at the lem turner location. He explained everything I would need. I advised him I can't afford all of this today. Not once did he make me feel less than. He advised what services I should do next & made me feel confident everything would be taken care of. He was patience with me, respectful & funny. I spoke with him the entire time & he was very professional. I could also see his staff respects him as well. I listened to him give out direction to his staff & he literally said it with a smile.
