"Asked lady in parts to look up wheel hub part number she said we don't have any. I asked for part number and she would not look it up and she literally told me f you after I said she had a job to do do being a dealer. I do not recommend using Jacksonville Roberts Diesel. Bad customer service all around I don't see how their still open."

"Don’t even waste your time at this place. The old guy with no teeth seems to have a attitude problem (wonder how loss them teeth) with that kind of customer service. I was there waiting for my truck to be looked at for an electrical issue just to be told he said he might not be able to get to it today. He never told me that in the beginning or I would have been left and gone to the Loves or TA. Waste of time!"

"First time customer and service was superb. Fixed coolant leak and replaced brake drum. Mechanic Mike went above and beyond to diagnose and fix elecrical problem. Truck displayed several codes including ABS. PROBLEM FIXED! Hard to find gem - no attitude mechanic. Thanks Mike!!"

"I have dealt with this dealership a few times. I have to say the service department and Donnell are very good. However the sales department lacks quite a bit. I had made a deal on a truck to trade mine for. I was in there three or four times working on the deal. They had my contact information. The day I went to finalize the deal, I was told they sold the truck the day before. I consider myself a man of my word. My word is my bond, that's the way I do business, and that's the way I expect to be treated. The sales staff apparently doesn't."
