"I just called to make an appointment and unknowingly ended up calling sales instead of the garage. I think this happened twice as I called on Thursday as well and both times I was hung up on without getting anything set up or together. When I called Thursday, the man I spoke with said he would transfer me to the garage and the call was just ended. Today, the garage was closed and I didn't remember that, fine. But the man on the phone today hung up rather abruptly after telling me that there was no one there to set up an appointment. I was confused at first because the number I called said Hyundai Service Center. So I asked, "there's no one there to set up an appointment?" He said this is sales and I would have to call back Monday for an appointment scheduling. Okay, cool, but he then hung up, just like that. I felt very much put out after not being able to set up an appointment online then having to call and having this interaction. This is not even the second time I've had the phone hung up on me when trying to get to the service center. The customer service is lacking in sales for real."
"Just plan on getting a ride an oil change will take 2 hrs but they do inspect your car thoroughly and make a video of the items inspected plus you do get a carwash. They are higher priced for being a dealership but they work on these cars on a regular basis and know how it’s supposed to fit together or other issues to look out for. A Non dealer mechanic probably won’t know these things and will take longer to fix. A dealership will also try and correct any issues you may have because it’s their product and want to keep you as a long time customer."
"Terrible experience! Highly DO NOT recommend! I brought my car to this dealership more than once for service. Both times excuses after excuses were made. The first time I tried to convince them that my car had a recall based on a letter I received. However, they held my car for like 2 weeks "supposed to be diagnosing it" and never let me know what was going on. They came back with a reason after 2 weeks of having my car sitting on their lot that there is nothing wrong with my car and it has no recall. I still tried to let them know about the possible recall and letter I received from Hyundai. Still no hope. I communicated with Anna and another service rep the first time. Both had no clue when I went there that my car was sitting there for 2 weeks. Also, no loaner car was even offered in the process. My check engine light then came on maybe a month later and I trusted that maybe this time I had hope with this location. I scheduled an appointment for 11/1/2023 and dropped my car off the day before on 10/31/23 hoping I would get diagnosed sometime close to my appt. I then was told your car is showing a recall. I could not believe it. I insisted last time that it was a recall and they repeatedly told me no it was not. After dropping my car off I still got No call or anything. I attempted to try to call everyday for an update . The receptionist Cheryl would put me on hold stating no one in service was available and they would take my name and number and give me a callback. I finally then got a rep on the phone after calling multiple times on Friday 11/3/2023 to still then be told no one had even looked at my car. Still no loner offered. I gave them the weekend and waited. On 11/6 and 11/7 I called multiple times and still was placed on hold etc and lied to that there was no one available and they would call me back. On 11/8/2023 I called again early and was told Anna and Kyle the service supervisor and director was in a meeting and could not talk. At this point I refused to take no for an answer. They came back and stated "we only have 1 technician and we still don't have a diagnosis". No loaner car even offered. I was then told "we are waiting for a part" and Kyle or Anna would call me back as soon as possible. it is now 11/9/2023 still no call. Please DO NOT BUY OR ASK FOR SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PEOPLE SKILS IS POOR! I was even considering buying a new car yet to still be called and harassed by their sales rep. What would make you think I would buy a car when I can't even fix my current situation!"
"Has to be some of the worst experiences I've ever had in my entire life. If I set an appointment at 1200 and told it's gonna be an hour to an hour and a half to complete my service for an oilchange and inspection. Why did my car sit there for an hour and fourty minutes until it was taken back to the shop. Of all the places I've ever been to for a car service this has to be one of the most ridiculous and infuriating experieces I've ever had the absolute displeasure of getting my service done at. I'm glad my final free service is spent so I don't have a single reason to ever step foot on this side of hyundai westside location. I've been at my hour and a half appointment for 4 hours. I'm currently standing next to my car just waiting for a the paperwork. At this rate I might need another oil change just based on time."
"All of the employees were very nice and informative. In particularly, Juan Bravo (Rudy), stood out. His energy and cool demeanor made me forget about the wait for my car to be detailed. He went above and beyond to accommodate me while I handled business for work. His selflessness and simple courtesy today was more appreciated than he knows."
