"I have really enjoyed this place, up until the last visit earlier this month. They did not listen and were putting their hands on more than just the oil change. One hour after the oil change, my car is squeaking to hell on start-up(belt went bad FAST), leaking oil due to a freshly cracked part. No issues before the change. They are either really great or horrible, depending on the day it seems. Beware. Thanks for making life harder valvoline. :)"

"I cannot say enough great things about this location! All of the technicians have been nothing short of fantastic. They are so friendly and honest. They don’t lie to you in an attempt to upsell. Not to mention, the oil changes are super fast! I have had my oil changed at a lot of different places, and I have never received the quality and kindness that I received here. I hope that corporate takes very good care of these guys because It’s hard to find employees like them!! As a matter of fact, I just left there 10 minutes ago. I really hope the technicians read this and know that they are phenomenal and very much appreciated!"

"I used to faithfully go to another quick oil change place and ended up here when the competition didn’t have my filter. Such great customer service and additional free services like checking all your lights/blinkers and filling your tires to appropriate levels for free. I will be returning in 5000 miles!"

"Great service. Fast and easy. They were not super pushy on the add ons. I like that. Only issue is I got about a mike down the rode and noticed they did not close my hood all the way. Thank God I noticed as that could've been bad."

"Went for an oil change last week. Everything was fine until they shorted out my car battery and tried to tell me that my battery was bad. They even tried to convince me that me leaving my lights on caused the battery to go bad. I had it checked immediately after they jumped my car, and multiple places confirmed my battery was fine. There was no discount on my oil change or any sort of compensation for wasting my money and time. I will most likely never go back to that location nor recommend their services."
