"Terrible attitude after they fixed my car and a week later it broke back down because he dint properly install a part then I came to learn that 2 of my AC bolts wasn’t put back and my bottom alternator bolt wasnt put back in as well and the alternator was brand new straight from AutoZone. They did a ruched job to get paid then had the nerve to try to recharge me to fix their mess. I took my car to a real mechanic and not these shade tree mechanics and they pointed out every issue that these people did and corrected everything how it was supposed to be. Don’t trust these people with anything major at all. Yeah they may can change your oil or a tire or 2 but go to the professionals where u have a warranty on the work that’s done on your car because they do not provide one."
"Very unprofessional. Alternator was not mounted and installed properly belt popped and alternator mount broken owner refused to fix free of charge and No warranty given less than 30days of labor performed. Just had my alternator fixed by a professional mechanic and to find out ABBAS AT SAMS TIRES LEFT BOLTS AND OTHER PARTS OFF MY ALRERNATOR CAUSING IT TO BREAK ALTERNATOR MOUNT BRACKET. He was not there when I returned to pick up my vehicle. Upon the disappointment he did nothing TO ACCOMMODATE me INSTEAD HE GAVE ME grief AND REFUSED TO FIX the problem REAL SHAVE TREE MECHANIC. The ALTERNATOR IS FINE IT WAS BRAND NEW ABBAS WAS THE REASON MY MOUNT BROKE BECAUSE HE DID NOT PUT ALL OF MY BOLTS BACK ON MY ALTERNATOR. BTW THAT WAS A BRAND NEW ALTERNATOR I HAD JUST PURCHASED THAT."
