"Susie is a terrible cashier and deserves to be fired. I was picking up an order and she was giving me misinformation saying it wasn’t ready when it clearly was. Then when I was telling her she shouldn’t misinform people she started being rude. I did not like her behavior one single bit not to mention when I dropped my item on the floor she was telling me that’s what I get. Management needs to reconsider letting Susie keep her job. Disgusting"

"Needs dedicated workers who is knowledgeable about what customer service is, my visit was draining cause the cashier couldn’t even tell me the prices of the fountain drinks. Very discouraging !!!! I’ve seen better services at the other 7 Elevens this was the worst !"

"Witnessed employee Myrtha treat a customer so bad, I had to write a review. Multiple F-Bombs came from this employees mouth as the customer was simply trying to get gas and Myrtha entered the wrong amount on the pump. I didn't bother addressing it, as I was someone standing in line, but a review is a must. I will not go back to this store because of the poor staffing. Will simply take my business across the street to Daily's and hope the woman who was mistreated does, as well. This will probably fall on deaf ears, as management doesn’t reply to reviews. But it is important to warn the public of this poorly staffed place."
