"I visited this store today to exchange some exhaust parts i purchased earlier this morning for a bigger size which I picked out on my own etc .Me doing the right thing hey good morning sir. I am going to place these exhuast parts here on this counter to exchange them because I got the wrong size he did not say nothing and rolled his eyes his name is “Charles”. And boy I have never seen someone judging others so bad . My sweater was dirty of course since I am working on my truck . It seemed like he thought I was stealing something. I work in customer service and I NEVER EVER give anyone any looks didn’t even say thank you or anything . All he said was What you got . Meanwhile the next customer in line he said good morning sir how can I help you . This is the 1st time and last time I visit this store ."

"Prices can be a little bit more sometimes but they had my truck serpentine belt in stock when no one else did. Service was helpful and friendly. Update-I personally love when a company leaves notes for people like us on sites/stuff like this and keeps the tradition of interacting with the customers on a personal level alive.
