"Stopped in this location for the first time to get a much needed oil change as I only had maximum 30 minutes before my next commitment. Not only was my service done very quickly (about 15 minutes) but they installed a filter for me that I had purchased a while back free of charge. Tim, Paul, and Darryl were all extremely respectful. Tim even took the time to let me know possible upcoming needs for my car and how to know when my car would need it. Tim researched every possibly promotion that I would qualify for and after my service was completed, I without a doubt decided I was not going to visit any other oil change location in Middleburg! 10/10 guys. "My car wouldn’t start today as I was leaving a dentist appointment. No one in the dentist office had jumper cables, but one of the staff mentioned that there was a Jiffy Lube within walking distance. I walked over and explained my dilemma and Jacob immediately had Paul grab a battery, some cables, and walk back over with me. After jump starting my car, I drove it over to the Jiffy Lube and the guys tested my battery. I needed a new one but they suggested I call and see if it was still under warranty (it wasn’t), so they helped me find a suitable replacement, installed it, topped off my fluids, and had me back on my way.
