"The front desk associate Courtney is extremely rude!!! My husband went in to have a tire patch and was asked to leave the premises for politely requesting an ETA on the service. Courtney became very irate and stated "you don't get to ask my employees questions, take your tire and leave". There were two other service men present at the time which she also spoke to very harshly. One appeared to be younger in age & the other man is deaf . Her behavior was disguisting & highly unwarranted, our lawyer will be in contact."
