"Just made an appointment with the service for October 4th to get my transmission inspected. I was told by the service rep that they may not be able to look at my transmission THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT! What is the point of even having an appointment! I would not recommend spending money here because they can't honor appointment timelines nearly a month in advance."
