"AVOID AT ALL COSTS: would leave zero starts if I could, employee assured me my car would be safe and locked up during its service. My car was left on the side of cassat ave with the doors UNLOCKED. All of my belongs were stolen out of my car. When I let the employee know his response was " Oh yeah, that happens all the time"... I'm sure one of the employees themselves robbed me of HUNDREDS of dollars worth of my belongings. Including my vehicle registration, manual and personal items. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THEVES."
"Seriously though. I walked in after 3pm and was greeted right away.The one lady so FULL of energy asked me what's my issue. She went and spoke with a mechanic who said they could fit me in. I wasn't there a hour. I'd already gone to a shop on blah blah and was told my situation would cost me 3 hours labor, plus parts, and taxes. Westside Automotive fixed my car and charged me a flat fee of $30 dollars. The mechanic knew what he was doing, therefore the shop manager said just pay that amount. Heck I tipped an extra $10. I am going back when there's another issue and I have already spread the word about this place."

Do not get sucked in to 53 years in business Family own that's the bait Took my Car in for brakes almost 1000 later Brake light is still on and peddle to floor told me the second$550 I would have. a brand new brake system also he had my truck 7 days when he told me the next day 9am they tell you what you want to hear as they are twisting the knife"
