"Just had the worst experience in my life at this location. Been doing business their for years. The young lady was curt and rude, after they had my vehicle in the bay for an oil change. I questioned the pricing that came up on my cell phone just before work actually started. I questioned the staff (all three) and the young lady said she did not control the internet. That price would not be correct, even though I put all details about my vehicle in. She said read the fine print, which I could not find. Even showed her. She had technician back my vehicle out of bay and handed my keys to me. Not doing the work. LIVID!!!!!!!!!!! I would give zero stars if I could."

"5 1/2 hours for a scheduled appointment to replace tires and alignment. Manager did not have enough professionalism to at least come out and speak to any issues that may have occurred. Two to three hours acceptable, but past that is not a value of the customer. Don't allow the appointment if you don't have the means to be mindful of my time."

"A few weeks ago my starter went out and had my car towed there and had me on the road in a few hours.. my son's tire was slashed on the afternoon of 8/29/23 as the hurricane approached and got me a new tire promptly. Also a couple of months ago fixed multiple problems on my son's car promptly. Entire team is awesome! Especially David Phillips!!"
