"Yesterday I took my car in for service, had a 10 am appointment that was scheduled a week ago. Dropped my car off at 9:45am and finally at 4:05, I told the worker to give me my car. They never touched my car, he told me they’ve just been really busy and if I wanted to bring it one morning, they’d try to push it through. I told him my car has been here before 10 am and my appointment was scheduled, this was totally unacceptable. I definitely don’t recommend taking your vehicle here. I purchased my vehicle new in April and 2 months ago the service was great. This establishment has really gone down hill and I definitely don’t recommend using them. Giving Toyota a bad name. I called the service manager, left a message and crickets. I’m sure other Toyota dealers in Jacksonville are much better than Butler, service needs an over haul."
